Everyone lifts weights in our bootcamps.Our TFS coaches make sure every session is motivated, correct techniques applied and most of all makes sure everyone feels part of a wider community. Full tape measurements, body fat check ups, pre and post photos are all part of this hugely successful Transformation programme.

If so then this 12 weeks course is waiting for you. You get assigned to one of our vastly experienced coaches who mentor and teach you about nutrition, training, warmups, cooldowns, fat loss secrets, homeworkouts, pre and post nutrition. Plus, you never feel you are alone in our training facility no matter what time you plan to train.
Besides our classes we do also offer 1:1 personal training. These session are completely individualised based on your goals and needs. This time is yours, it is a time when we can give you that extra attention that you wouldn’t get in a class. These sessions are highly customisable to suit your health and fitness requirements.
We understand there are a lot of extremely well updated fitness community people who wish to use our training facility so we offer a 6 month self-programming package where you can train at the open hours and strive towards your goals. You will be added to our private members website whereby you will find training programmes, nutrition templates and tons of training tips.
Over the last 5 years, TFS have developed into one of the key strength and conditioning training centres in Ireland. Brian Roache and the highly qualified coach Ann Caffrey have worked successful with teams such as Galway U21 Footballers, Galway ladies Senior Footballers and a host of senior football clubs. We also train and develop individual clients in sports such as swimming, soccer, rugby, camogie, judo, irish dancing to name a few.
