Hey everyone, this is just a simple home workout that you can do anytime to burn off unwanted body fat!!

It involves a full body home workout session that will have you gasping for air at the end of it!

First thing you should do is find an area where you can workout. I love outdoors so find a park, bring a towel, water and inhale the fresh air.

Secondly, make sure you have a stopwatch in front of you.

Thirdly, push yourself hard.

 

Right, let’s go:

EYE OF THE TIGER WORKOUT

Set your timer and see how long it takes you to do these exercises without stopping. Rest 2 minutes and do it 6 sets in total.

  • 100 High Knees / Skips
  • 50 Body weight Squat s
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 20 Russian twists
  • 10 V- SIT UPS

After that, I want you to do a superset of:

  1. 50 Mountain climbers &
  2.  50 Punch planks

Do that 6 times with 1 minute break. Enjoy, Brian
